We’re so glad you are here! Care and Give Collections believe we play a key part in preserving the environment for future generations and we love the work we do with schools that helps you to raise money for your PTA whilst also educating little minds and serving the environment.

If you’re new to working with us, you may not be aware of all the resources available to you! So here is a summary of extra special initiatives for schools:

Recycling events:  

We know you can raise funds the whole year round but by advertising a recycling event, it encourages families to mindfully sort their items and make that effort to donate.

We recommend holding 2-3 recycling weeks a year. Share our poster about bringing a bag this term (Spring/Summer and Autumn) on your newsletters and create an event on Class Dojo .

If you have a large school, share the location of the bank at reception.

Recycling Assemblies:

We’ve put together resources for you to share as part of your school assembly. This includes

-            A Ted talk on the lifecycle of a T-shirt and quiz to use in a classroom setting or to prompt and guide the assembly service. Access the talk and quiz here.

School of the month: Every month (during term times only) you have the chance to win a £50.00 voucher for your school. All you have to do is raise the most kilos for that month and send us a pic of you with your prize!
