Q: Do we get paid?
A: YES!! We pay you £300 per tonne (30p per kilo).
Q: Does it cost me anything to order a Textile Bank?
A: No, it is all completely free.
Q: Are we tied into a contract?
A: There is no contract. If for any reason, either party wishes to withdraw from the
agreement, there is a 1 months’ notice period.
Q: Is there a limit on what funds my organisation can earn?
A: There is no limit. The more items donated the more you earn.
Q: Can I donate the funds to a Charity?
A: Of course, this can be arranged, please contact us for more information.
Q: Are there different sizes of Textile banks we can chose from?
A: Yes, we have two sizes available a Standard 76” (h) x 49” (w) x 45” (d) and a Compact 56 “(h) x 45” (w) x 36” (d)
Q: How long does the process take from start to finish?
A: From the day you request a Bank it normally takes around 2 weeks for the bank to be branded and
delivered to you.
Q: Where do you have your Textile Banks Sited?
A: We operate in the BS, BA, SN, GL, WR, HR and SP post codes.
Q: How much does the Textile Banks hold?
A: A full “Compact” bin normally holds between 80-100kg and a standard 150-180kg.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: We hold public and Employee liability insurance, along with a waste carriers license and waste
exemption certificate.
Q: Is there anything thing you can recommend for us to raise more funds?
A: We would recommend promoting the bank using posters, leaflets and on your social
media, and site the bank in a public access area that allows your community to support you.
Q: How often do you collect from our Textile Bank?
A: Depending on how much your Textile Bank generates you can have a collection on a fortnightly/monthly basis and we can respond to any ad-hoc service requests.
